We are currently enabling indoor and outdoor visits for residents and their families. You will be required to follow our visiting procedure each time you come to the care home. This will ensure the safety of our residents, visitors and team members and give you peace of mind knowing that we are doing everything possible to prevent the spread of the infection in our homes.
We take this responsibility very seriously and as such, our infection control measures are in line with those of the Government and Public Health England.
We are continuing to follow the measures listed below
There is now no limit to the number of nominated visitors for residents. To book a visit, please contact the Deputy Manager who will be able to schedule your visit at a mutually beneficial time, this will enable us to thoroughly prepare and clean each visitor space between visits. You will be sent information in advance to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable time with us. All visitors will have their temperature taken and will need to complete a LFT test and sign a Declaration and Consent Form prior to each visit. Visitors will not be admitted if displaying any symptoms, or if a member of their household is displaying any symptoms of Covid-19.
We understand that you may have questions and concerns at this time, therefore speaking to a member of our friendly team may help to give you peace of mind - we are here to help you.
