Meet the Manager - Genevieve Rodrigues

I am delighted to be the Registered Manager of Folkestone Care Centre.  I have 12 years experience of Commissioning and Managing high quality Residential Nursing Care facilities. During this time I have achieved qualifications in both Leadership & Management and Business Administration.

I care passionately about supporting Residents to continue to live well and feel valued. We endeavour to deliver the highest quality of care to improve, sustain and enhance our Resident’s quality of life. Exquisite interior design and our outstanding Team, ensure that Folkestone Care Centre is an exceptionally wonderful place to call Home.

Meet the Deputy Manager - Lola Titus

I am a qualified Registered Nurse and have also studied Mentoring in the Workplace, Diploma in Leadership & Management in Care Services. I began my career in 1998 working within various Hospital settings for over 3 years.  With the experience gained within acute nursing, I then embarked on the next stage of my career within community based residential care environments for over 16 years.

Having previously held both a registered manager role within Opus Care and a Unit Manager
Role within Brabourne Care Centre, I have over 6 years experience of managing operational requirements within a nursing home setting and remain committed to achieving excellent outcomes for all Residents and loved ones.
